   * Syntax: =%<nop>DISPLAYTIME%=
   * Expands to: =%DISPLAYTIME%=
   * Date part of the format is displayed as defined by the {DefaultDateFormat} in [[%SCRIPTURLPATH{"configure"}%][configure]], default =$year-$mo-$day=. The time is shown as hh:mm (24 hour clock)
